turns out you can skip the black screen
i was being impatient with the game due to bad rng so i started mashing during the black screen waiting for hank to appear but he really quickly loaded in, so the black screen is completely optional to wait through
incase you want to see it
That must be very rare because when the screen is black, i always spam the left button . dam
well i spammed all directions and got it 3 times in a row so its probably related to amount of mashing or smth

ohh is the back bottom, when you get to the black screen just press "A" and you skip it, but thats a good tip that you found out.
