Power bricks should only be allowed if they are unlocked and purchased in game. They can't be unlocked in a previous run and then used to go through the levels. any% is generally defined as from a clean file (which I think we do anyway?). Is there any timings to support it actually being faster? If unbanning them doesn't actually lead to any route changes, then you could "soft unban" them just for the sake of not having arbitrary restrictions. I think it's only interesting if it would actually impact the route.

The name of the category really says it all to me. It's called "any" percent, meaning any percentage the runner chooses to complete. As far as I'm concerned nothing should be banned at all. The goal is still to complete all 36 levels in story mode, but if going back and doing a free play or challenge level will speed up the story mode levels, go for it. Except for cheat codes, nothing should be banned or off limits in this category.

If you are going to change the rules with so many runs on the board then the current any% should be changed to low% then.
