So you want to run All Areas, huh? Well you've come to the right place!

Before we get started, lets go over any of the special symbols that may appear. Optional Path: Save and Quit: Save at Shrine: Use Teleport Wand: Teleport via Shrine: In this example, you would teleport from Deep Grotto to lower Color Caverns

Alright, now that you know what to do when you encounter those symbols, lets get started!

The Full Route: Don't worry if its hard to read, It will be split up into sections to make it easier to follow.

Deep Grotto: Start by going and getting Pine Sword, on your way make sure you walk over the shrine. When you contact the sword, save and quit back to the shrine (you do not have to save for it to spawn you at the shrine) Then head to Warrior Statue, you will need to get Shield Cap to get there, so head into the room do "Todd Skip" to save a small amount of time and also preform "Statue Tank" to go through a Soldier Statue using immunity frames, also saving a small amount of time. Head to Warrior Statue and defeat him to get Mushmover Infusion. On your way out, grab the Brain Node. After that go to Magus Statue, if you don't think you can get optimal movement, try going underwater to avoid the Sorcerer Statues. Head straight right from Magus Statue to pick up Healing Fungus. Head back to the shrine, but go up right after going into that room to get the Quick Feet relic. Then go back to the shrine, and equip Quick Feet, then you can leave to get to Color Caverns.

Color Caverns - Acid Dungeon: Start by going to Queen Evil Eye to get dash, you don't yet have updash, so perform a relatively easy skip to get dash. After you get dash head down and get updash. After that head towards Deeper Grotto, but get the iron key located above the dash tunnel. (Optionally you can get Bouncy Spore as well) Head to Deeper Grotto and make your way over to Teleportation Wand. After that make sure you enter the shrine room, but you don't need to save there, just have the room explored. Then go into Mechanical Fort and head towards the entrance to Acid Dungeon. You don't have Boost Projectile, but you won't need it if you do "MFAD skip."

Acid Dungeon and Lava Temple: Start by heading to Rogue Armadillo, save at the shrine before heading into the room. Preform "Speedillo Skip" to reach it. After that you will enter Lava Temple and begin climbing up to Fire Elemental Lord. When you reach the long room below the fight continue heading left to enter the first room of Corrupt Depths. You can then head up to Fire Elemental Lord. Then head to Fire Wyrm, when you reach him and beat him, get Fire Bounce then use the Teleportation Wand to return to the shrine below the Rogue Armadillo. Then teleport to the golden shrine inside Deeper Grotto.

Gold Mines - Undergrounds: Head down to the golden shrine, when you reach it, save at it. Then head to Big Mine Demon, defeat him, collect Golden Light, then use Teleportation Wand to return to the golden shrine. From the golden shrine, instead head right towards the entrance to Undergrounds. You'll need to have Golden Light equipped to light the lanterns to allow entry into the Undergrounds. The moment you enter the Undergrounds, save and quit, cause you don't want to add any unnecessary time to the file. Check your time if you wish to post it (remember to always provide video evidence, or else your run will likely not be verified).
