Steps:

1. Pick up the first lamp on your left. and stand in the corner to the left of it. Line up your lamp - at 100 FOV, this can easily be accomplished by covering all of the upwards facing arrow and none of the downwards facing arrow with your lamp:

2. Move towards where the lamp is facing, and jump on the pipes to the left of that corridor. Walk along it, and jump to the stacked pipes at the end of it. This jump is tight, as you bash your head on the ceiling - time it a little later than you expect.

3. Make a long jump towards the lit up pipes in front of you, and proceed to the exit.
