create a rom hack to turn on level select on the title screen

- Level Select - press up and down on title screen to select level
- changed some colors on the title screen, but also changed the game color in general (just for fun)
- infinite continue because it's a practice rom
- remove animation when dying or walking up in map (load faster)
- always give the sword upgrade

automatically set the right power up when selecting a level

- level > 2 --> high jump
- level > 4 --> slash
- level > 9 --> high slash
- level > 10 --> low slash
- level > 13 --> berserker
