IL timing update for Make a Star/Moon levels
Originally, for levels where a time was given to you at the end of the level, you had to wait for the time to run out and submit the in-game time. I am changing all of those levels to run with real-time instead, so you don't need to wait for the time to run out. This affects the Make a Star/Moon lev
