So I don't know exactly how this will be judged. At 08:01:91, the quest marker on the right side showed completed with 5.0/5.0 stars, the star icons at the bottom show completion, and I received the audio queue of a completed contract. However, the actual end screen didn't load until 8:18:90. I put 8:01:91 as the time because I technically beat it at that point in time and just had to wait on the "View Replacement Contracts" notification in the top right corner to go away.
