How do you top professional runners consistently do the sinisatar part, (part of the game where you need to use a platform and cherry to break the bricks on the screen to progress). I've lost a lot of good runs to this.

There's a setup that, while kind of tough to get and inconsistent, is much better than just winging it. When you enter the area where you grab the paddle you want to just run straight to the right and line up your left foot with the left edge of the second block from the right on the floor. Once the paddle hits, if you're lined up right, it should go straight up into the blocks on the far right side and bounce up and down. Once it does this you want to shift your position slightly and let it bounce off again, and likewise with the third hit. From what I can tell there's a couple different ways this step works, because I just found out looking for video footage of it that I do it differently than Tesivonius (WR holder) does it. I'd suggest just trying to mimic our moves and finding what works best for you. I've timestamped a couple links for you. You can tell by the uncertainty in both our voices when we do it that it really isn't too consistent, but at least if you mess it up it's pretty quick to just restart the room and try again compared to attempting to clear the blocks normally and messing up at the end. Real, though, this room is potentially one of the toughest rooms in the game when you're trying to go fast, so you're definitely not alone. It absolutely destroys me on a regular basis.
