I know that there are 5 secrets in this game, and it confuses me that there isn't a category that includes them. I mean, if 100% is possible, shouldn't there be a 100% category? Just a suggestion.

I believe categories are created when runners that run them request them. If you run a specific category that you would want to be included you would most likely have to ask moderation to include such category in a list.

Extremely late getting back to this, but if someone were to do a 100% run, I'd happily accept it to the leaderboard. I think it just never happened because no one wanted to create an extra category for an extra minute of gameplay.
