@Genius_3 as long as your recording shows the page being refreshed, either by ctrl+r or by clicking the button, it's all good. I'd recommend watching some of the current times on the leaderboards for reference

@gidsruruyvbt8c7 hi, i'll do my best to explain it here. So we have three broad types of categories - Individual Level, Segments (or Circuits) and Single Segment. Individual Levels are all about beating one specific fight in the game as fast as possible. Segments are all about beating every fighter in a circuit in a row as fast as possible, and Single Segment involves beating every fighter in the game in a row as fast as possible. The way we get our final time for Segment and Single Segment Runs is by adding up the time on every fighter. If you're confused, watch a video for any of the runs of Circuits and see what happens. The run you submitted would be an Individual Level run of Gabby Jay. I would've moved it there if i could've but unfortunately speedrun.com didn't let me so it was rejected. If you resubmit to the Individual Level Category "Gabby Jay" then I can verify it for you, but remember to read the rules on video proof policy for future submissions. This is our policy on cheating: First Offence: You will be banned from submitting runs and talking in the discord for one week, your run will be removed and during this time all previous runs will be examined During the Week Ban: You will have the opportunity to confess to any prior cheating to a mod and receive a lighter punishment. It is in your best interests to do this. Offence’s After the First: Runs will be more heavily scrutinized. If you’re found cheating again, you will be permanently banned from Scratch Punch-Out speedrunning, and Punch-Out moderators will be informed. All runs, whether detected fake or not, will be removed.

Additional Notes: Hoarding (Holding back multiple records for an extended period of time then releasing them all at once) is strongly discouraged. If your run is rejected, a moderator will tell you why. Rejected doesn't mean cheated necessarily. If you have cheated in other games, please tell us when you first submit runs. We will examine your runs in more detail, but being honest straight away will be massively appreciated. Harassing/Abusing any mods or runners on discord or any other platform can result in us banning you from submitting runs. Although this probably goes without saying, if your submission contains anything on screen that could get us banned on src (e.g. NSFW tabs), it will be rejected.

you can, and are you sure it was rsg? because that is an insanely fast time if so

for context, the fastest the wither has been killed rsg is 23 minutes, so to get the wither AND dragon in under 20 minutes would be pretty insane

@Notanerd for the specific problem of endermen, don't look at their upper bodies for more general nether travel, crafting golden boots and a shield make combat and travel significantly easier. If you can get a fire resistance potion from bartering, or if you have spare pearls for emergencies, that can help massively too, but pearls shouldn't be thrown lightly and can be risky if you don't know how they arc properly. Carrying a lot of blocks helps you escape/reach places, a hay bale can negate almost all fall damage, and just being aware of your surroundings is also good practice. It takes abit longer to be safe but it's a faster time than a reset.

usually people tend to stick to a genre of game or game series e.g. someone who runs super mario bros. may also run super mario world, because being good at one platformer generally means you'll be good at another. again it doesn't always work like this, and many people only run 1 game, or run wildly different games.

although this has likely been reported before, i'm not currently receiving any notifications for any followed games, including forum posts, new records and my own runs being verified

If it gets replaced by another category then i have no issue with removing it if the mods find it difficult to verify (I have 3 wr's in this category btw)

@UzBotYT the mods have hundreds of runs to verify, so please be patient. if your run hasn't been verified in 3 weeks, you can contact a mod

if you have a snes, try some super punch-out il's. very short, and take some learning, but a few are fairly easy to match the tas and wr on
