I can't MAKE a joke run and say it is a joke, and NOT SUBMIT it, but not only can internet troll MAKE a joke run, but SUBMIT it, and VERIFY it, AND he doesn't get in trouble. After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.
