Probably Mario Party 9, I just have a lot of fun with the Boss Rush category. I could imagine that the other Mario Parties are fun too, but I didn't run them.
If you want to request a game, use "single-game".
Nintendo doesn't claim it manually, it's a bot. There probably were 14 different soundtracks that the bot claimed.
Claims don't matter that much, the only thing that happens is that you can't get money out of it.
Strikes would be something else but I never heard Nintendo giving strikes to some videos so youre safe uploading their games.

I think all that watch and/or run games are part of the community. The people that break games are Glitchhunters, of course they can be both!
Don't rely too much about logins, maybe the site is automatically open when he starts the browser and he has just better stuff to do than checking every day if there's something new. If your run wasnt accepted in 3 weeks and you tried contacting him, ask in the forum post Cuttyflame posted.
Lets say splitting is 1sec delayed, the timer starts a sec too late but also stops a sec too late so basically you still got the right time.
Of course this is annoying in a video but every capture card got a little bit of delay. Maybe ask on the forum of the Capture Card creater or contact it's support, i'm sure they could help more. In the settings of LiveSplit there's a delay option and in the split settings you can start the timer early/later.
He's trying to say: Why not add single "levels", like W1-1, W1-2, W3-1 etc instead of only full worlds. W3-4 would be unnecessary tho since it's only one minigame.

Btw, i'm sure not all mods think it's cheated, just talk to some, maybe they add a segmented category. Chances are high that they won't do it on short runs, probably only on long ones like 10h+ or so.
If you enter this giveaway you "only" payed 85$ for the controller if you don't win. It's not that much more so I think it's still worth it if you want the controller.

It was 100% before so i'll do a quick summary of all categories that should exist or already do about the Minigame Island.
