3:43:56 in Mario Party 9 Solo Mode (basically the story mode of the game), there are way longer categories and runs on here but I guess it wasn't that short either.

I noticed you can't start the "Dart Attack" Minigame on the Emulator because you can't blow into a mic, however, that's the only minigame I can't do in a any% run, is it allowed to skip it on a Emulator and add like 1 or 2 mins to the timer? I would love to do a run of it but I don't have a Capture Card yet.
In a "All Minigames any%" or a 100% run I couldn't do 4 minigames due to emulator problems.
IL runs would be perfectly possible since W3 and W1-2 is the only world that's not possible due to this.

Point a camera/phone at it and record it, Speedruns don't need to be high quality, they need to be fast. Actually, you don't even need video proof as long as you don't get a Top 50 time (this changes depending on the game your speedrunning).
If you want high quality videos, you either need to emulate the game (only works on older consoles tho') or buy a Capture Card.
Another similar thing I noticed: In Super Mario Run (https://www.speedrun.com/smr) there are times with and without loads so technically IGT and RTA. Look at "blerray" (12th), he got a 28min run while "monkeysmasher1" (11th) got a IGT time of 39min. So "blerray" is actually faster but is still 12th because he doesn't have a IGT time. This results in users posting the RTA time as a IGT time to get a better place in the leaderboard, didn't happen here but I saw this in some other games which I can't remember right now.
I'm not sure if this is the settings of the mods or if this is a actual glitch/problem since i'm not a mod but I saw this in some other games as well.
I think segmented runs are not accepted because it's just not worth it to create a segmented category for that one segmented run someone did. If many started to do segmented runs, i'm sure some games get a segmented category. On the other hand, games that people ran for years are already near perfect so segmented wouldn't change that much anyway.
When I started speedrunning I just checked all games i'm kinda interested in on speedrun.com to see if it got interesting categories and then did a speedrun of some so I suggest you could do the same. I know it's a bit annoying when you got a lot of games but just look at the ones your kinda interested in.
Necropostig isn't just posting in old threads but posting a useless post like "I agree", that's the problem. Locking isn't a good idea imo because maybe someone has to say something important.

First: Reload the page.
Then try to run Firefox without plugins, safe mode disables all plugins automatically so try that.
If that doesn't help either you got some problems with your PC, viruses or something.
Maybe add a feature so your only allowed to create posts/threads after your a member for like a day or so? Or until you added at least one social media site? I think this would reduce the amount of spam/robots because mostly they post messages directly after creating a account.
