What you can't do:
Pulse boosting Tilting Going Out of Bounds Item duplication Deloading Areas Aiming through walls Clipping through walls. Wallboosting/Running up walls.
Anything else is allowed
If you don't have a timer you could use a timer on your phone to get an estimate on what the time is and when you submit the run the time will be double checked by the mods of the game you're submitting too
