I was trying to upload a fresh splits file to the resources section for a game I run (Levelhead), but despite the file being a livesplit file (.lss), I kept getting an error saying that the file type is invalid. Does anyone know what this is about, or how to fix this?

You need to either create a .zip file, or the better alternative, upload the splits to splits.io, and post the link from that site to the splits section of the game page.

Yeah, I ended up posting a splits.io link, but I wanted to know why things weren’t working. It explicitly says that .lss files are valid when uploading, and someone else was able to upload their .lss file for a different category a few months back, but now that doesn’t work.

I asked @Meta yesterday and he said it was a bug
