You don't need a capture card. I did my run without it

I did my cup run without a cap card as well.

I positioned my phone in a way so that I can record my 3DS.

@Reball If you have homebrew you can use NTR CFW to stream the game. I luckily have a capture card and plan on doing runs soon.
