I've posted a guide to the best of my abilities yesterday for this sub 8 Meteor Police route. 7:4x is pretty easily achievable, but today I've updated it with some more info that I had forgotten yesterday, as well as some notes for if you start pushing into the 7:3x (and below?) territory.
