I can try and TAS it if you want?
Update: I can only seem to get 21.7 to 21.8 without L+R, and 21.6 with L+R
Maybe you can save time with the star grab? By like pressing start in a certain frame so it does something with the star? (idk, i know theres something like that for the mushroom tho so maybe with the star too? also ive said maybe way too many times lol)
You have to wait 40 frames in order to unpairs anyway, so you’d still probably lose 0.6 seconds

What if u hit the star block then immediately clip inside the block and collect the star? Would that be faster?

also @LevicusX does your timer like start and end on it's own? because i have no idea how to get that to show on my FCEUX
@NickySteingraber Sorry for the long wait. Yes, my timer starts and ends on its own. It's a lua script that someone else made that I simply tell FCEUX to run.
If you want, I can give you a link to a paste bin, but just bear in mind that
- It doesn't work very well if you are recording a movie.
- You have to press start within the first 21 frames of being able to do so, otherwise the timer will be off.
- The timer ends on the frame you touch the flagpole, so you don't need to retime your runs.
EDIT: I've got a pastebin. https://pastebin.com/FGdcr2T8 Just copy everything from the third line down, and put it into a notepad document or something. Then, on FCEUX, go into File > Lua > New Lua Script Window > Browse (and then find your lua script wherever you saved it) (if it's not showing up then rename the file so that it ends in ".lua")
Also a question about 1-1 Anti-Pacifist. Do you have to kill every single enemy or are you allowed to go through the underground section (providing you kill all enemies you encounter along the way)?
Sub 22 with only 10 minutes of practice!!!
Bad quality again though; I really need to fix it
I have a feeling it might be something to do with either your screen recorder, or the file of the video itself. What screen recorder do you use, if any?
Hey Folks!
Just wanted to announce a new change to timing methods for both 11x categories. The new timing standards are as follows:
- Timing starts from power-on/reset (or game select if you're using one of the combo cartridges).
- Timing ends on grabbing the axe on the 11th run.
- Time betw
