Pre- 1.4 category for "Kill All Bosses"
There appears to be no category (or runs) for killing all the bosses before 1.4.2 (When the wither was added)
Is it allowed to use 1.3.2 and before in the pre-1.8 category?
That would mean that you would only have to kill the Ender Dragon, but you don't have to go through the exit portal so it isn't Any%
I wouldn't be opposed to renaming the variable "1.4.2-1.7" for clarity...
