Can I get my run reverified? Official timing is off.

My Dead Center run, which I timed by me to end at 14:34, which is when the ending finale cutscene starts, as per the rules. My official timing was marked as 14:55, which in the video is 1 second after the credits begin to roll.

I admit, I did fuck up the timing in my video, mainly because I misunderstood the fade to black completion rule as referring to the credits beginning and not the finale cutscene.

But again, the rule is, the run is officially complete when the ending cutscene begins, which would mean, as far as I am aware, that regardless of what the timer in the video said, my run officially ended at 14:34, which would place me 50th, and not 52nd.

If I am wrong, do let me know. But as far as I know, I'm right, and someone messed up the timings when verifying my run.

Hey, your misunderstanding comes from what counts as a load. You paused the your timer when the stats screen appeared, which is not when loading begins (game can still be influenced via votes and other means here), loading actually begins when the red “4” appears in the top right (you can also just see any run that uses the auto splitter which automatically removes loads). This is why your calculated time is off from what it was officially timed as. Hope this helps
