ok so when theres a cutscene, i always have to press a button to skip it, as it's approaching, i mash the action button to skip it.

but i noticed in all of your speedruns, you all press nothing and the cutscenes skip automatically.

If you're talking about the FMVs, you have to edit the registry and disable FMVs.

Press Windows key + R and type in regedit > HKEYLOCALMACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > CAPCOM > BIOHAZARD 2 PC. Scroll to Movie Enable and change the value to 0 to disable FMVs.
