How do you fly in crystal Mine? I have been watching multiple runs and cannot figure it out

It’s an FPS related issue. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. For example on my ps4, I cant get it no matter how much I try but on my ps5, I get it within 2-4 tries. Not sure if there is a fix to this.
