As for perks vampire is the best healing perk as you won't need to spend time hotkeying to your healing items. Make sure to use assistant to the streaker, if you have it unlocked of course. The rest is up to you. 

Try to find a lobby with an obby ring and not too many streakers. If you really want to you can use exe or any other enchant but i don't think it's nesseccary. 

Try to steal as many kills as possible, even if it's an assist you'll still get a part of the kill (with assistant to the streaker) Other than that you basically just need a good lobby.
This guide applies to get bountied aswell. Except you need to get very lucky with that category.
