Courtesy of Kotti and Hardware. This spreadsheet details almost every action and known glitch in each patch that has been released for HITMAN 2 (2018). You will be able to see which tricks affect the SA rating (for example: K.O accident possible and Tranq K.Os) and which lose SA rating.

Current patch is considered 2.60 (August 27, 2019 and later). This is the last Hitman patch with significant changes to rating system.

Notable things to look for:

• Tranq glitch (Lines 45 and 46). Currently possible trick that has been moved to different patch as it is so game-breaking. Possible since patch 2.21 (April 30, 2019).

• Trespassing/ Suspicious (Lines 12, 13). Before April 30, 2019, you could get found trespassing or performing a suspicious action and retain SA.

• KO glitch (Line 47). Patched trick possible from April 30, 2019 to July 30, 2019. Worked by doing accident KO on nontarget, and then any method of killing target afterwards would result in SA rating even if the body was found.

• Exit delay (Lines 52-54). Prior to August 27, 2019, the exit prompt appeared instantly after killing the last target, making some times impossible on current patch. On the current patch (August 27, 2019 and later, there is a 3 second IGT delay before exit prompt appears after last kill.

Miscellaneous Patched Tricks not in Spreadsheet

• Cannons: Cannons in Sgail and Sapienza used to be pre-loaded and could be shot at to fire instantly. This was patched in February 26, 2019, and the cannons are no longer pre-loaded.
• Puddle mechanics: This puddle () used to be able to be electrified from throwing to the left of the yellow tuk tuk as shown. No longer possible due to puddle electrification radius shrinking.
• Legshot+punch/ Frontal KO's used to work SA very early in the game's history. No longer possible.
