So on the tool, you'll see 4 main things: video fps, modifier, start frame, and end frame. If you right click on a video and choose to display stats for nerds, where it says "current/optimal res" is where it states what frame rate the video is in. The number you're looking for is displayed after the "@" sign. Modifiers add time to the final retime based on if you inputted a time in the modifier in the first place. Start frames vary from game to game, but you can frame advance on YouTube via the period and comma. Find the start frame of the run and right click. Click on "copy debug info" and paste it into the start frame bar. Same thing applies to the end frame, except obviously you have to find the end frame of the run. The bar next to the clipboard will display the retime, and the clipboard is a premade message with the retime and info of the run. If you are not a mod of the game, simply delete the first part of the message or submit the run with what you retimed it to be. Sorry for the long message but I hope this answered your question :P
Th3on3cC, thx for helping me, now I won't beg people to retime my runs XD
No idea what a Canadian accent sounds like because I've gotten used to it, just listen to any one of my commentated runs if you want to hear my voice :P
