Tl;dr: Install german keyboard pack via Windows, switch to it. Press ` key in Hell Pie to open console. Type p skipallsequences to skip cutscenes until you close the game.

Starting on the 9/2/2022 patch (v1.1.3.202209011619), a console command was added that skips almost all cutscenes. For the sake of promoting people to do more runs by not wasting as much time on the long cutscenes, this console command is allowed.

To open the console, you will first need to be on a German keyboard pack, which is very easy to do.

1. In the Start Menu, search for "Language" and open the "Edit language and keyboard options".

2. In the window that appears, click "Add language". In this window, search "German" and click the one called "English (Germany)". Then click Install at the bottom.

3. On the next window, you can uncheck the checkboxes if you want, they're not needed. Then click install.

4. The German keyboard is now installed, but you're still set to your existing default keyboard. To swap to the German keyboard, look for a new icon in the bottom right in your taskbar for which keyboard you have active (likely ENG icon if English). Click on it and it'll show your normal keyboard and the German keyboard. Click on either one to swap between them. Alternatively, to quickly swap, press the Windows key + Spacebar to switch between them.)

5. With the German keyboard active, on the Hell Pie main menu, press the ` key on your keyboard (above the Tab key, to the left of the 1 key), and it should open the in-game console. With the console open, type in:

p skipallsequences

And hit enter. For the rest of this game session, almost all in-game cutscenes will be skipped. You can now swap back to your normal keyboard (Windows key + Spacebar to quickly swap.) If you close the game, you'll need to re-enter the console command.

6. You're all set! Anytime you start the game in the future, all you'll need to do is step 4 and 5 (swap to the German keyboard, press the ` key, type in p skipallsequences, then swap back to normal keyboard.)

Do note that this is slightly buggy; Restaurant in particular will behave weirdly. You'll need to rotate a pipe after putting in the valve to "kick start" the feed.
