Step 0: Make sure the game is closed before continuing with this guide. Step 1: Open up your steam library and right click the game then select properties. Step 2: Select "Local files" then press the "Browse..." button. Step 3: Open the folder "hdtf" then open "media". Step 4: Find the file named "a0b0c0s0.bik", right click on it and select "Delete" That's it! Now the 2 minute unskippable cutscene won't play every time you want to start a run.

Note: DO NOT delete any other cutscenes as its against the rules and will invalidate your run.
