I am new to Speedrunning, although I have been aware of the scene for close to a decade now.

For Guilty Gear -Strive- runs, do I have to upload a YT video with the timer?

Well, as of now, I only have a Twitch account, if I was to send the timestamp of the run on the Twitch stream, would that be allowed? (no timer)

You have to highlight the run on twitch before submitting it

Twitch has become unreliable as recently it only allows you to highlight so much before it starts deleting videos twitch highlights are allowed but be aware if your video gets deleted by twitch your run could be removed from the leaderboards

You dont have to have a timer for the run but it is prefered

If your able to i suggest using youtube
