Tool: OM Changer and Assets Counter

CE Script that changes the onmission flag to 0 by pressing 1 and 2 to change the onmission flag to 1 (you can bind to any key you want) and counts the amount of assets completed.
Update (04/05/2022): Added a 3 CE Onmission manipulation and Assets Counter Scripts for the following versions of the GTA VC DE:
- GTA VC DE 1.0 OMC&AC
- GTA VC DE 1.03 OMC&AC
- GTA VC DE 1.04 OMC&AC
Current working for 1.0, 1.03 and 1.04 versions
Removal of framerate cap rule for Definitive Edition runs
The mod team has unanimously decided to do away with the framerate cap rule. Runs from this point on may now use the "Unrestricted" framerate setting. Please note that external frame limiting is still NOT ALLOWED.
