Fixes a typo in code that results in the Mania difficulty being unplayable.

gtManiaFix is simply a version of the game that fixes this bug, allowing Mania difficulty to be unlocked normally by beating the game with 55 orbs

gtManiaUnlock does this, but also unlocks the difficulty by default without you having to beat the game at all.

v1.1: Added .exe versions of both .swf files
v1.2: Mania now unlocks immediately for gtManiaUnlock rather than on the second attempt (thanks Jhynjhiruu for saving me a couple minutes of effort on that)
