This is the .asl file you will need to remove loads for PC. In Livesplit edit splits and just add the game name as Gollum (The Lord of The Rings: Gollum). Once you add it, click settings by the autosplitter options, where it says browse, find and select the provided .as file and click okay, then click activate next to it in the splits page. This may need to be done after every time livesplits is opened. The Auto Splitter does not work for this game due to the last update.
