im doing good at the game (getting around 3 min times)
but i cant submit these runs due to the frame rate being at 21 fps
i just want to know how to fix this and make it 30 fps
as fast as i can get but i want to atleast get it to a point where im allowed to submit a run (of 30 fps)
i think something is making it cap at 21.5 fps
while the >30fps standalone can help, I would personally recommend https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1032903436/.
if that's still too laggy, you can try https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1037867365/, but if you have a capture card or a method of screen recording, https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/954805734/ is by far the best option.
these versions prioritize optimization, while the option presented by Blasty processes more frames to account for the lag.
if you are going to use Blasty's option, some quick math shows that setting the target framerate to 42.86 should give the best results, although after extensive testing, 42.25 seems to be the best. maybe its a bug, or maybe I'm just stupid.
hope this helps!
edit: make sure you are playing on turbowarp.org if you aren't already.
also edit: it was, in fact, a bug.
TurboWarp VS Scratch is probably the most important factor
