I looked around the IL records and i noticed that Any% In Bounds and Out Of Bounds seem to be NG+ with skills unlocked. Are there no actual Any% categories that has only the necessary unlocks unlocked?

Closes thing to no NG+ ILs you can get is in category extensions - samurai% ILs.

I feel like no NG+ ILs would be way to big of a hassle for moderators and runners since you would most likely need to show upgrades at the start of the run every single time, to prove that you don't have anything extra unlocked.

+ you would need to close the game to reset your progression all the time ( i know that unlocker would make it better but it still dsnt sound like fun time )

Oh actually now that you mention it. Yeah. I for some reason didn't think about the fact you don't have all IL's on a new file. Okay fair enough. Thanks for letting me know so kindly tho. Highly appreciate it .

It is a little sad that you can't run the IL's before you have beaten the game tho. But to be fair i guess you shouldn't run a game you haven't beaten either
