Stage: One of the three parts of each infected person, like the lungs

GE: Gain Entry, the first stage in every level

Nelson -

Mouth:

From the beginning, there is a glitch that saves about 3 seconds (which i'll call "Head start" just for clarification). Once you click play and skip the cutscene, you can right-click then press p and enter. (don't move your mouse after you right click or else it won't work!) This causes the game to force a load of the first stage which is not fully loaded since you did not finish the last cutscene with the zoom-in on Nelson. This will cause some bugs to happen the most being you can start the stage from the screen where ruff explains how the game works. Keep holding up and once you actually see the first stage, all of the spit will be deleted, and the mouthwash will be changed to soap. Now all you have to do is avoid the soap, and you can get a Nelson mouth time of 0:43-0:45

Head start can also be done on the rest of the characters once you finish the previous lung section (saves about 2 seconds each), but you have to do it during the zoom in cutscene, otherwise the game will softlock on the lungs.

Bloodstream:

You can beat this stage pretty easily by holding up and right the whole time to avoid the B-Cells. This makes the game think you're slightly higher than you actually are, which causes the B-Cells to attack slightly above you. However, you should only do it on the trumpet & crumpet bloodstreams because the b-cells will still be spawning by the time you finish the nelson/dump-it bloodstreams. For nelson & dump-it, you can just zigzag around the b-cells and they won't attack you. This section takes about 22 seconds.

Lungs:

Once you start, immediately hold up and once you hit the first cell cluster where the T-Cell is, work your way clockwise (or counterclockwise) around the ring of cells. If you don't make any mistakes., this section takes around 14 seconds

Dump-it:

Nose:

This is the first GE where soap can be semi-luck dependent. Since it's not hard to avoid it shouldn't be a problem except for some tight sections. There is a part around the middle where you can save a little time by going in a zig-zag pattern to avoid having to let go of the up key. If you do this section well, you can beat it in around 1 minute

Bloodstream:

Same as nelson, just slightly longer. You can beat this in around 29 seconds

Lungs:

This is the main route by MeesterTweester. The critical point is in the top left where there are 20 scattered cells. Try to go in a zig-zag pattern with these as well, that is usually the fastest method. Doing this section well can get you a time of 1 minute

Trumpet:

Eye:

The soap can be quite tricky here. In this GE there are 3 skips that save around 7-8 seconds total. The first skip is towards the start of the stage where there are 2 arch shaped tear formations.

Image

Here, you can go all the way to left and get slowed down by the tear slightly to save a second or 2.

The next one is around 1/3 through the stage.

Image

Similarly to the first skip, there is an opening to the far left that you can go through, sticking you to the tear temporarily but saving about 5 seconds.

The last skip is towards the end. There is a part where you have to zigzag around 3 walls of tears.

Image

On the 2nd wall to the right, there is an opening you can barely get through, saving about 3 seconds (however you will need at least 1/3 of your energy when doing this skip otherwise you will die). Doing this section well can get you a time of 1:18

Bloodstream:

This is the first Bloodstream where you have to do the invincible bloodstream trick. This is because the target radius of the B-cells is so large that it's impossible to avoid the antibodies while constantly holding right. but with this trick, the B-cells will target just above you. Doing this well can get you a time of 35 seconds in this section

Lungs:

There is a main route made by me (it looks a bit weird but that's just because the distances between some of the cell clusters are off since my drawing is bad). This is one of the toughest lung sections in the game. Mainly because the cells are in multiple clusters, and there are many solo cells scattered throughout the map as well as there being 3 T-cells instead of 1. The T-cells will sometimes group up to look like one, but they will take a lot of energy if you get too close (They can kill you in 1 second!). Doing this section well can get you a time of 1:16.

Crumpet:

Ear:

This used to be a pretty difficult GE, but now with the back glitch it's a little bit easier to do quickly. To perform the glitch, after you complete trumpet lungs and click the "Next Level" button, right click and press b. This causes the initial ruff cutscene to appear. Click through all the cutscenes, then once you start the stage all of the earwax/soap will be turned into spit/mouthwash! (If you're combining this glitch with head start, you have to do wax-> spit conversion FIRST, then head start once the crumpet zoom in appears) This make the section a little bit faster since the spit is significantly easier to move through compared to the earwax, allowing for extra skips that would otherwise be too slow with earwax.

The first skip is available pretty shortly after you start the level. Here, you can tank a slowdown form the spit to save time from having to go all the way around, saving about 2 seconds

Image

The second skip can be done about 10 seconds after the first one. Here, you can go through this spit fairly quickly, saving about 5-6 seconds from having to go all the way down and around through the ear hair (the log-shaped objects)

Image

The last skip can be done about 10 seconds after the 2nd one. Similarly to the last skip, you can go through this spit to avoid having to go around that ear hair, saving about 2 seconds.

Image

Other than those skips, just be very careful of ear hair. Ear hair has a strange and seemingly random Collision property. Sometimes if you collide with it while holding up and right/left, it can teleport you to a random spot on the x-axis (in other words, it can only teleport you from side to side and not up or down). In a perfect world, the ear hair would only be beneficial during 1 or 2 parts of this section & not slow you down at all, but it's really up to you how careful you want to be with it. Doing this well can get you a time of 1:26

Bloodstream:

Same as trumpet, just a little longer. Doing this well can get you a time of 42 seconds

Lungs:

The last and second-longest stage of the game (the first being the ear). This is the route made by me, it is easier than the trumpet lungs since although it is longer, the cell placements are considerably more linear, so navigating is less difficult. Doing this section well can get you a time of 1:21

Thanks for reading! If there's anything you would like to be added just let me know. I'll update this as new tricks/skips are found.
