How to speedrun the wake up dad%

Hey there, currently im #8 without autoplay and #9 with it, i wanted to give you guys advice on how i did it in less than an hour.
1) watch the first place's play through: this will help you to know what exactly to do
2) watch 2nd and 3rd places play through: this will show you what they also did, you can then determine a strategy.
3) practice doing this:
Load in, spam E while holding w and aiming at the door
turn around fast, spam E.
Then hold e as early as possible, and there you go!
