BASIC ROUTE

  • Martin: 4th (Nerves), 4th (Exit)
  • Broom
  • Mo 1: 1st (Nervous), 3rd (Exit)
  • Noodle: 1st (Wool), 1st (Broom) #
  • Magnet
  • MM: 3rd (dance styles) #
  • Koala: 1st (Magnet) #
  • Orbit: 2nd (Tiny shells), 2nd (Big shell) #
  • Mo 2: 2nd (Dance styles) #
  • Fresh X: 2nd (Smile), 2nd (Mouthwash) #
  • Bernie: 2nd (Secret agent), 2nd (Magnifying glass) #
  • Larry: 1st (Noises), 2nd (Explosion), 2nd (Yes)

GENERAL

  • Never strafe or backpedal unless necessary
  • Fast enough LB clicking will block enter from selecting dialogue options

OFFICE

  • Start running right out the intro and stop by the phone, mash LB on it
  • Start running out of the call while twisting to the right, grab the magnifying glass
  • Mash LB on door handle, not door

ISLAND

  • Come out of the title sequence with W+A to run/strafe past MM on the left
  • Stop strafe asap and get to Martin, hugging the trees as close as you dare
  • Run and aim left to get the broom
  • Run and aim left to get to Mo
  • Run and aim left again and veer close to the trees exiting the clearing, then go between the two trees on a direct route to Noodle
  • Run and aim right to get the magnet, try to get it from the right side of the table to keep your movement open after picking it up
  • (it may be better to grab the magnet on the way to Noodle instead as it's already along your path, and that will leave your Noodle -> MM path uninterrupted by having to turn and get the magnet. Any gains from this are minor, though)
  • Run ahead to grab MM
  • Run to the koala; note that you want to aim past him on the right and then turn to face him at the end of the movement as the sea can hitbox you otherwise
  • Run and aim left for a microscopically better route to Orbit
  • Run and aim left to get back to Mo; Note that Orbit's outstretched arm has a hitbox you can't get through
  • Run and aim right to move in a wider arc toward the two trees at the clearing exit, the angle helps a lot
  • Go between the two trees, through the bush with the aviator cricket, and hold right into the opening, then hug the left side through
  • The right edge of the beds, the wooden part with no mattress, can be ran onto; get to the midway point between the beds and twist to talk to Fresh (keep your camera angle facing towards the koala if you can)
  • Run ahead and hug the rock on the way past to talk to Bernie, but be careful not to trigger the pasta instead
  • Just run straight ahead to Larry
  • Enter the cave running, and you'll see a lit-up peak on the left that looks like the left edge of the pathway. The pathway goes a bit more right than that, so try to angle yourself to give it a little berth (-before- you fall down)

THE DANCE COMPETITION

  • When you get the loading screen after Frog Detective's dance, start moving your mouse gently and mashing LB (if you don't move, the game doesn't register the location of your clicking)

THE OFFICE, REDUX

  • Just run straight ahead and mash LB on the phone
  • Get ready for time when you see Lobster Cop mentioned, followed by asking and confirming that FD can handle it
