Your save file is located at C:\Users*YOUR_USERNAME*\AppData\Local\FlatOut Ultimate Carnage\Savegame There will be a "player_7c8c8d3d"-like file. That's your savegame. So you dont need to reinstall the game, if you want to delete your progress.
