I just want to ask if it is okay if I use texture pack while speedrunning.The reason I am using texture pack is to increase the fps of my gameplay.

I assume you are referring to Minecraft since texture packs are common in that game. Please read the rules of Minecraft (or whatever game you’re referring to). Game specific posts are probably best out in the game’s forum so game mods and runners can assist you. On the general forums, we are very unlikely to know the answer to game specific questions.
