So I submitted a ROBLOX game but it was denied because I submitted it in the wrong place, so I went on to the so I filled out everything on the google forum submitted it and it has been about a week since I submitted and I have got no notification about it. So does it usually take this long or am I just doing it wrong?

You need to discuss any questions with the moderators for ROBLOX because, as you learned, they handle all of their own game requests and approvals.
