Hey, I'm using my brother's account to write this post, since I can't access my main one (called Naberius). I tried to log in a few days ago, and I was asked to verify my identity with a pin that was sent to my email. The only problem is, the email I registered is long gone, so I have no way of receiving the pin. I'd like to change my registered email, but that would require being logged in. I emailed support a few days ago, but I haven't received any responses. Can I please get some help
You'll just have to keep waiting for a reply from support. They're the only ones that can help with email authentication issues.
I've emailed them about four times since the issues began. I guess they must be dead or something since they've been completely silent
