The link to the general site rules from the moderation rules page leads to a 404
Title says it all. There's a link to the general site rules on the moderation rules page, and when I click it, I get a Not Found error

I think it's supposed to link to here.
Also submit a bug report or fredback ticket and hopefully this should get updated, but not anytime soon though
