Hello, I'm getting pretty annoyed because certain runners keep spamming IL runs from a few games I follow and every day I have 10+ notifications that these runners have beaten the WR for lots of different ILs. How can I disable this kind of notification, so that I don't see pointless 1 minute WRs all the time?

Go that game page.

Next to the following button, click the drop down arrow to select follow settings.

Uncheck the “new IL WR” notification.

Click save.

You can also change your global notifications and notifications settings for all games in the settings page https://www.speedrun.com/user/WanderAgro/settings/notifications
