These should help. Although no offense but you're brand new to the site so a more experienced diep runner should be the one handling this.
OK I just checked and he was only 2 weeks ago and was verifying runs then. So you're exaggerating. This is technically not a problem yet, but it does have potential to be. I'd suggest you talk to the community and see if anyone else would step up and explain the situation slash apply for mod just in case. Or try a bit more to reach out to the mod.
