This suggestion is as simple as the title. I would love to see WR leaderboards for games- I feel that it would increase competitiveness. You could sort by ILs or full runs, and one for the whole site would be cool.
(Edit) This is also kind of random but I would like to comment on runs. I feel this would be mostly wholesome- people congratulating others on WRs or welcoming new runners.
If I understand your first suggestion, you're saying to track how many WRs everyone has. This has been suggested before. It has been rejected as it incentivizes creating garbo/meme categories as well as not being an accurate representation of skill. The commenting on runs has been suggested dozens of times before too. It will not be implemented as it has too much room for abuse and is redundant to functionality on most video hosting sites.
Thank you for the response. Only mentioned because I remember a discord bot having this function, but I can’t find the bot. I could see this being a problem for a site-wide wr tracker, but I don’t see why this couldn’t be a thing for individual games. Guess it’s a case of a few people ruining things for everyone else.
