You don't. New design is here to stay, for better or worse.

Nice; we used to be able to see every IL on one really neat grid, and now it's on 4 pages with even more blank spaces where runners didn't submit for 2nd/3rd.

There was also a drive to fill in any blank spaces on the grid before, but now nobody cares, because it's all screwed up.

I think the new design works best for IL boards that only have a couple categories (like Any% and 100%), though with more categories it seems the boards can feel more disjointed.
