I would like to change my username and the username I want hasn't been active for many years and has no runs.

Each time I go to change my name it just says that the name/url is taken.

Is there a certain amount of time that I need to wait or can I talk to a mod about this in messages?

What is the username?

If there are no runs on their account and if it's more than 2 months old (I think) then you can take that username. If it's not working then try messaging site staff or creating a support ticket to get it changed.

Thanks I have sent a support ticket, I didn't realise that was an option.
