In Mega Man Arena ILs, there was one run, that is now obsolete to be fair, but the entire time that it was up, when you viewed all the ILs as a spread sheet, it would always list that run as the WR. There's nothing that disqualified the actual WR, and even when the person who originally made the cursed run did another one that obsoleted it, the cursed run was still listed as the WR in the overview. When you clicked into the specific IL and category to see all the runs, the cursed run would be listed in its proper place, below the real WR. We decided to delete the run and put it back up, since even though it was obsolete, it was still important to keep the run up as a piece of history. Even after removing it and re-verifying it, it once again listed itself as the WR. As much as we'd like to keep it up, it doesn't seem possible without glitching the site.
Please link the run you're referring to. If it's already been deleted, put it back so that we can figure out what's happening and attempt to reproduce the issue if necessary.
There are several known issues with the All Levels page displaying the incorrect first place time, though most of the issues I'm aware of are related to timing methods and emulator, neither of which seem applicable here.
