I am not sure if this already exists but when moderator or super moderator there should be a log or way to see who is adding specific categories/deleting categories , editing rules , and editing really anything about the game that is not tracked already such as verified and rejected runs.

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking but there is an audit log that is viewable by super moderators that shows a log of almost every action (with the exception of a few) since the game's creation.
