What is the original primary, panel and background colour? Of a Speedrun.com account. Maybe someone will know if they've never changed these things, they are a bunch of letters and numbers. I just want to know as I messed it up, and I want it back to the original (my OCD)

I’ve never changed mine. Primary color is 199C77. Panel color is 252F37. Background color is 111618.

Paid to do what, change you profile theme? That was always available to everyone.
It wasn't always available to everyone, before ELO bought the site you had to donate in order to unlock themes, badges and gradient colored names. ELO changed that though and made it free for everyone.
Profile theme was always open. It was the badge icon and the gradient colors you get for donating.
So all of the OD's money was basically useless because you didn't have to donate anymore to get special perks? Why did ELO do it.

ELO made them free sometime during mid November 2020 and I know for a fact that I noticed the change on the 18th of November. Now it might not be the exact day when it was changed, but it's close, but there is no way they were made free during late 2019 since I made my account in mid 2020 and they were paid.
I still don't know why you think that profile themes were only open to donators.
I was always under the impression that themes were customizable even for non-donors from way back in the day, but admitedly I never changed mine until recently so I'm not entirely sure
