@Pac founded the site in 2013 and he owned it until 2020. Becuase the site was brought by Elo Entertainment Inc.
@Lawliepop and @Camcorder are both co fonders of the company.
@Lawliepop used to be Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Elo until 2022. She's now Chairman of the Board, and has moved onto other projects.
@Camcorder is the Cheif Techinical Officer (CTO).
@Camcorder seems to be the main guy who does updates on this site. Since he's made a bunch of forum posts about updates around the time of the site redesign. Elo also has other employees who have worked on the site.

However, I'm not sure who the current CEO is. But I think it's obviously best to consider @Camcorder as the person who "owns" the site.
